You wire the vehicle price directly to the supplier in Japan — Torii never holds your purchase funds. We collect only our service fees: up to $50 for vehicle verification (instant scan + official auction sheet) and $100 as a booking fee, both paid separately from the vehicle price. Once you initiate your wire, you send us your payment confirmation slip — we upload it to the supplier portal to hold your reservation for the 2–3 days your wire takes to reach Japan. All vehicles are sourced exclusively from JUMVEA-certified exporters.

Shipping typically takes 4–8 weeks from Japan to your destination port, depending on the port and vessel schedule. We send real-time updates via WhatsApp at every milestone — vessel departure, transit, and estimated arrival — so you know where your vehicle is at every key milestone.

Our fees follow a simple tiered model. A free visual scan comes with every result. Complete vehicle verification — instant photo scan plus the official Japanese auction sheet translated to English — always costs $50, however you get there. You can pay $20 now for the instant scan and $30 later to add the official sheet, or pay $50 upfront and we run both together. If you only need the instant scan, $20 is all you pay. Placing an order is a separate flat $100 booking fee. The vehicle price is paid directly by you to the Japanese supplier — we never touch those funds. No hidden margins, no markup on the car price.

Customs clearance at your destination port is handled by you or your local clearing agent. We provide all necessary documentation — Bill of Lading, export certificate, and inspection records — well ahead of arrival. We are available on WhatsApp throughout to assist with any documentation questions.

We primarily work with vehicle dealers and importers. If you are an individual buyer importing a single vehicle for personal use, please reach out and we will assess whether we are the right fit for your needs.

Supplier inventory is fetched live from Japan's export platforms each time a search is run — you always see current availability. In the rare case a vehicle sells during your T3 audit window, we apply your full payment as a credit toward an equivalent clean alternative — no extra charge, no restart fee. You will be notified and presented with the next best match.

Torii is a data and booking agent — not a vehicle seller. We do not provide a mechanical warranty. All vehicles are sold as-is by the Japanese exporter. Our role is to ensure you have the most complete information available before committing: AI photo analysis, official auction history, and chassis verification. The decision — and the due diligence — is yours to make with confidence.
